Your contribution:

As Head of Product, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO of the company, you will:

  • Supervise and oversee the strategy, planning and management of the entire software development and architecture.
  • Build and lead the internal development team.
  • Lead the relationship with external development team.
  • Create technical design and ensure that the implementation follows the specifications.
  • Drive and own all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Manage the releases of software components, including leading product deployments.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in identifying and analyzing requirements for development purposes.
  • Create and present visionary innovations in terms of alternative technologies and architectures, make strategic product decision proposals in close cooperation with all company departments.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with the Growth, Customer Experience, Operations teams to guarantee a seamless and consistent experience for our clients with our brand and offering.
  • Contribute to increase company efficiency and profitability.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in building and leading development teams, designing software and architecture.
  • Experienced in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, Docker and Linux. Knowledge of Identity Management and SSO (SAML, OpenID) would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating highperforming development teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
  • Specific product management certificates.
  • Experience with testdriven development and reviewing code / pull requests.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with the business to understand and solve problems.
