What does the role involve?:

• Posting of supplier invoices with and without purchase order reference including master data maintenance
• Contact person for internal and external departments regarding supplier invoices and reminders
• Active monitoring of old open items as well as blocking lists and GR/IR accounts
• Contribute to the design of a clear and efficient accounts payable process in our Shared Service Center
• Participation in global and local projects

What you need is:

• Completed basic commercial education. Further training in finance is preferred.
• Professional experience in accounts payable especially international VAT knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP financial module and good Excel skills are an advantage.
• Communicative, team player and flexible personality
• German / English (Confident use of the German/English language, both written and spoken)
