**Line Control Technician**

Für unsere voll integrierte Industrie 4.0-fähige Produktion von Leistungshalbleitern suchen wir einen hochmotivierten und fähigen Line Control Technician im Schichtbetrieb.

Als Schlüsselmitarbeiter in der Schicht wirst du dich einerseits um die Umsetzung der Produktionsplanung in der Schicht kümmern und andererseits die Schichtleitung bei der Festlegung der Produktionsprioritäten unterstützen. Du behältst kontinuierlich den Überblick über die Produktion und Materialflüsse, kannst steuernd eingreifen und packst aktiv mit an.

Als First-Level-Support für unsere Leitsysteme kümmerst du dich proaktiv um die Fehlerbehebung und Auflösung von Synchronisationsfehlern, eskalierst Herausforderungen, welchen du nicht gewachsen bist in unsere Factory Automation Systems-Gruppe und sammelst und dokumentierst wiederkehrende Fehler und die Best Practices zu deren Behebung. Du erarbeitest Vorschläge, wie die wiederkehrenden Themen nachhaltig gelöst werden und unterstützt bei Bedarf die Automation Technicians, die Logistik Operators und Qualitätsprüfer mit deinem umfassenden Systemwissen und nimmst bei Bedarf auch qualifizierte Anpassungen an den Auftragsdaten vor.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- KeyUser des Equipment Integration Systems (ECS) in der Automatisierung, SAP ME und SAP ERP inkl. First Level Support
- Steuern und Überwachen des Auftragsfortschritts während des Produktionsprozesses in Abstimmung mit der funktionalen Schnittstelle und der Schichtleitung
- Durchführen der notwendigen, planerischen und systemischen Aufgaben zur Sicherstellung der operativen Umsetzung
- Erarbeiten und Auslösen von Alternativen im Produktionsplan zur Erreichung der Produktionsziele in Abstimmung mit der Schichtleitung
- Operative Fertigungsplanung gemäss Produktionsplan in Absprache mit den funktionalen Schnittstellen
- Systemische Unterstützung des Engineerings in der Umsetzung der Entwicklungs-Aufträge in den genannten Systemen
- Umfangreiches Verständnis der Systemlandschaft und ihrer Schnittstellen, um eine systematische Fehleranalyse beim First Level Support gewährleisten zu können.
- Befolgen der internen Integrity-Richtlinien und Sicherheitsregeln, speziell im Umfeld mit Roboter
- Anforderungen- Abgeschlossene technische Lehre / Ausbildung, technische Weiterbildung (HF/TS/FH) in einer relevanten Disziplin von Vorteil
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift auf Level B2/C1, Englisch von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft für interne/externe Weiterbildungen
- Kenntnisse im Produktionsumfeld (AVOR) sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Verwendung von SAP von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit in einer 7/24-Produktion
