POSITION: Director of Sales at SOLO SWISS SA

MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
  • Expand and manage the existing client portfolio while identifying and conquering new markets, developing the network of agents.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team, ensuring their continuous training and professional development.
  • Analyze sales performances and provide regular reports to the top management.
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing, production, and R&D departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.
  • Actively participate in trade fairs and professional events to promote SOLO SWISS SA products.

PROFILE:

  • University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position, ideally in the industrial sector or technical equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong industry network and demonstrated ability to develop lasting business relationships.
  • Advanced analytical and strategic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French, English, and German.
  • Availability for frequent international travel.
