Job summary

Responsible for the development of analytical test methods used for testing samples from the upstream and downstream development organization.

Responsible for the development, drafting, and execution of method qualification protocols and method qualification reports of developed analytical test methods.

Job Responsibilities

  • Capable of performing bioanalytical techniques such as icEF, CE, Platebased assays (ELISA, etc), qPCR, HPLC with minimum training and under supervision.
  • Maintain technical expertise and depth with developing and troubleshooting icIEF, CE, gel electrophoresis, and ELISA assays.
  • Produce high quality phaseappropriate documentation and data summaries for communication with internal and external customers.
  • Using developed methods, provide analytical testing support for process development initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis and process implications for multiple projects.
  • Strive to increase throughput and efficiency in method development and analytical support testing.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of stateoftheart principles and theory.
Minimum Requirements

  • M.S. or B.S. degree and 35 years of experience.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Adheres to all safety requirements and assures that departmental employees comply with required safety procedures.
  • Communication skills to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • English required, French desirable.
