Ton rôle:

  • Support à la gestion des Non-Conformités de nos prestataires de services.
  • Support à la visite terrain pour procéder aux contrôles qualité de nos prestataires de service
  • Support à la préparation et déploiement de toutes les communications du département
  • Support à la gestion de la communication du département
  • Support à la gestion des consommables
  • Support à l'accueil des nouveaux membres de l'équipe.
  • Traitement des demandes d'achat et les approbations de paiement.
  • Maintient des dossiers administratifs et du service bien organisé et à jour.

Ton profil:

  • Niveau Bachelor ou Master en Communication, Business Administration ou un domaine similaire
  • Compétences organisationelles et en communication
  • Bon relationnel
  • Bon niveau de français et d'anglais
  • Expérience dans le domaine, un plus
