As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. You will lead the warehouse staff, ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, and maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Monitoring daily warehouse activities and ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Coordinating and managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Recording electronic work orders in the computer and forwarding them to the warehouse staff.
• Conducting regular inventory checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Training, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of warehouse staff.
• Optimizing warehouse processes for maximum efficiency.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Driver's license and forklift certification.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
• Organizational skills and a meticulous work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Reliability and resilience.
• Good IT skills.
• Quick comprehension and willingness to learn.
