Intern - Front Office/Rooms Division

Join us as an Intern in the Front Office/Rooms Division for winter 2024/25 or summer 2025, and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth hotel operations.

Operations:
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain an organized front desk and lobby appearance.
  • Manage room reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with different departments to meet guest preferences.
  • Update reservation systems promptly.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with various needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the F&B department.
  • Maintain records and documentation for front office operations.
  • Support billing processes and prepare daily reports.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B for guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Profile:
  • Enrolled in a hospitality management program or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail in handling reservations and guest information.
  • Proficient in computer skills and reservation systems.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
