We are looking for you as a Team Leader in Electronics Manufacturing

Your Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of 20 employees both personally and professionally
• Ensuring timely production in the field while maintaining quality standards
• Continuous optimization of processes (technical and economical) and overseeing their implementation
• Managing key performance indicators and conducting daily Shop Floor Meetings in electronics manufacturing
• Supporting the industrialization of new products in close collaboration with project managers

Your Profile

• Technical basic education with further training in the electronics or technology sector
• Several years of experience in electronics manufacturing and initial leadership experience
• IPC certification (IPC A-610) and experience in Lean Management
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Strong communication and team-oriented personality with a systematic approach and hands-on mentality
• Excellent German and good English language skills
