Migros Online is developing the automated Fulfillment Center in Regensdorf, which will be operational in 2026. You will be in charge of the software testing phase and building a team of approximately 9 process experts and control room specialists. Your goal: ensuring smooth operations and enhancing warehouse processes. An exceptional opportunity to shape the area.

Important Notes: The workplace will be located at Limmatplatz Zurich during the initial phase, moving to Regensdorf in 2026.

• Leading and coaching your team, comprising the Control Room Team Lead, logistics process experts, and analysts, to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating closely with department heads in the Fulfillment Center, the Head of Technology, project team members, and process engineers to maintain high equipment availability
• Building a team of specialists and supporting their growth
• Coordinating software tests of the facility and addressing any deviations before the 2025 ramp-up
• Identifying measures to enhance equipment performance and availability, prioritizing these tasks on the facility and software

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
• Experience: Experience in control room/production planning in automated logistics facilities, several years of leadership experience in a similar role
• Comprehensive understanding of equipment technology, processes, interfaces, and WMSoftware
• Independent, structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A desire to shape your own future and play a key role in building and scaling the facility
• Ability to stay focused in hectic situations, making precise and quick decisions
• Fluent in German and English
