Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche (dipl. Finanzberater IAF oder Finanzplaner eidg. FA)Leadership und hohe Motivation, Vorsorgeberatende zum Erfolg zu führen und dabei auch selbst im Verkauf als Vorbild zu agierenBegeisterungsfähige, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Verkaufs- und SozialkompetenzenHohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit zielorientierter und gut organisierter ArbeitsweiseKommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick und hoher Kundenorientierung
