• Versatile and exciting telephone and personal advice to our customers, selling customized insurance solutions
• Creating quotes and customer correspondence, handling general administrative tasks in private customer service
• Maintaining and supporting the current customer base
• Achieving annual and personal sales goals
• Implementing measures for retaining existing customers and regaining lost customers
• Proactively approaching the market on behalf of superiors

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or industry-related education along with solid sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector
• Local presence and residence in the Schaffhausen region are advantageous
• Communicative, reliable, and resilient personality
• High level of self-initiative, success-oriented mindset, and empathy
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and active sales with goal achievement
• Strong advisory skills demonstrating high customer and service orientation
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German, additional language skills are desired
