The Demand & Supply Planning department is responsible for the operational procurement of our diverse products to ensure our warehouse is optimally stocked. Specializing in Personal Protective Equipment

Location: Office in Dintikon and Home Office

Your Mission:

The Supply & Demand Planner is responsible for optimizing our product inventory and availability, making a significant contribution to the company's future. In this role, you will have a high level of autonomy and work in an exciting and dynamic environment, experiencing substantial growth in the PPE sector. You will also liaise between suppliers and our Category Managers, providing them with professional advice on optimal inventory levels.

What you can accomplish with us:

  • Operational management and disposition of our product range with a focus on PPE
  • Ensuring optimized inventory levels and availability through continuous analysis, forecasting calculations, and ongoing master data maintenance
  • Processing and monitoring orders, ensuring timely deliveries and expediting when necessary
  • Close communication with suppliers on supply chain issues
  • Active collaboration and intensive exchange with internal interfaces (Warehouse, Product Management, Customer Service)

Your Superpowers and Achievements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of experience in procurement and inventory management, with a background in PPE being advantageous
  • Solid SAP and Excel skills
  • Proficient in German and very good English skills
  • Strong analytical and planning abilities are a must
