Your Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze legal opinions on questions and tasks related to telecommunications surveillance and assess them in an international context
  • Precisely ensure compliance with highly technical and complex regulations in the national and international telecommunications surveillance environment
  • Accompany and advise implementation projects regarding legal frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws in the work environment and provide regular reporting to the management
  • Stay updated on technical and legal developments in the areas of telecommunications surveillance, data and information protection, and related legal fields

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Law (Master/Licentiate or Attorney's license) with several years of experience in the fields of telecommunications, telecommunication, and/or information technology
  • Excellent knowledge of technical and legal connections in the areas of data protection, information technology, and information and communication technologies
  • Strong negotiating skills, assertive personality with excellent communication skills at various levels
  • Active knowledge of at least two official languages, as well as very good English language skills both written and spoken
