Are you a good fit?
You have a proven managerial experience, are curious, positive, flexible, organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to Boutique's success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, client-driven attitude, and proficiency in German, English, and an additional language are a plus.
Expectations:
Drive business – co-manage the team, set priorities, monitor sales trends, ensure client satisfaction;Offer an outstanding experience – ensure all clients feel welcomed and cared for;Ensure high service levels – support customer activities, maximize in-store experience;Develop the team – unite the team behind common goals, coach team members, participate in recruitment, enhance team's knowledge;Run in-store operations – supervise operations, ensure policy compliance, drive operational excellence.Opportunity for growth:
