About the Role

BEES is in search of a seasoned attorney to serve as a Global Manager, Legal, offering strategic legal guidance across the organization.

Key responsibilities involve:

  • Corporate law advice
  • Contract negotiation and review
  • Full legal support for new initiatives
  • Product counseling and legal review of new software
  • Monitoring legal developments and hot topics
  • Coordinating with local legal teams

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, preferably from a large law firm or company.

This role is based in BEES' global offices in Zug, Switzerland, with occasional international travel. Fluency in English and German is mandatory, while proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is advantageous.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted legal advisor to BEES teams, providing comprehensive legal support
  • Draft and negotiate various corporate and commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with teams to offer tailored legal advice
  • Specialize in tech-focused legal issues
  • Ensure compliance with local laws when expanding to new countries
  • Conduct trainings on legal matters
  • Communicate legal strategies to senior leadership
  • Manage relationships with external counsel

Job Qualifications

  • Prior legal practice experience in Switzerland
  • Strong background in Corporate or Banking & Finance law
  • Bachelor's degree in law with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with technology companies preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Master Degree or LLM is a plus
  • Full fluency in English & German
