Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Definition und Optimierung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten für Materialien, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und anderen internen Stakeholdern.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung der P&SC-Aktivitäten mit dem Ziel, die Automatisierung zu maximieren.
  • Auswahl und Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Lieferanten.
  • Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen, Inspektionen, Berichten und Reklamationsmanagement.
  • Verhandlung von Konditionen zur Sicherstellung vorteilhafter Vertragsbedingungen.
  • Verantwortung über das Bestandsmanagement und die Definition der globalen Logistikstrategie.
  • Unterstützung der Verbesserung der ERP-Funktionalitäten des Unternehmens in Bezug auf P&SC.
  • Verwaltung und Stärkung der zugewiesenen personellen Ressourcen durch Förderung von Zusammenhalt, Motivation und Professionalität.
  • Optimierung der globalen P&SC Arbeitsprozesse und der damit einhergehenden personellen Führung.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beschaffung und Supply Chain in der Maschinenbauindustrie.
  • Fließend in Deutsch und in Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in internationaler Logistik.
  • Technisches Wissen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Maschinenbau, ist ein Plus.
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, guter Teamplayer, sowie in der Lage eigenständig zu arbeiten.
  • Gutes Zeitmanagement mit der Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und ERP Systemen.
