YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Execute complex tasks and acts as transfer knowledge agent
  • Support & advise specialist/team head on problem solving and complex tasks
  • Adhere to guidelines & policies, Provide input (if required) while policy definition
  • Execute complex controls, Manage incidents and resolutions
  • Manage complex clients and special solutions, handle single queries of high complexity
  • Maintains intranet/ wiki pages/ training material and provides front & Ops training
  • Responsible for managing the daytoday usage of key tools and processes
  • Collaborate with partners
  • Advise on definition of standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and initiatives including the elaboration and implementation of efficiency measures
  • Act as SME in change initiative
  • Support the development of new solutions, raise requirements in collaboration with the PO

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Higher education and extensive experience/expertise in operational taxes of an international bank and regulatory tax reporting (CRS/FATCA/QI), international client tax reporting and withholding tax reclaim procedures
  • Distinct customer and service orientation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of securities, their specific characteristics & taxation
  • Good technical understanding of banking operations methodologies/processes
  • Business fluent in English and ideally in another local language
