If you are a forward-thinking Finance Lead seeking a strategic role, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Switzerland. In this role, you will oversee finance activities for our Swiss business, driving performance and ensuring targets are met across different channels. Your responsibilities will include providing expert economic analysis, enhancing processes, and collaborating with various departments to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of financial targets for the Commercial business segment.
  • Lead finance strategy definition in collaboration with the DACH area.
  • Provide guidance and development opportunities for team members.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate accounting activities and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Enhance business analysis and provide insights to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with local management on budget and forecast processes.
  • Act as a business partner across functions.
  • Oversee internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and global teams.
  • Fluency in English and German.
