In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT und den Fachbereichen gelingt es dir, datenbezogene Projekte erfolgreich von der Konzeptionierung über die Integration bis in eine professionelle Produktion zu bringen. Dabei erkennst du mögliche Herausforderungen gekonnt und sorgst damit nachhaltig für einen stabilen und effizienten Betrieb der Data Services.
- Übersetzung der Fachanforderungen in technische Lösungen, Abbildung der Fachlogik im Lakehouse (SQL, Google Big Query) sowie Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Datenqualität
- Leitung, Begleitung und Beratung von Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von Data Service Projekten für verschiedene Fachbereiche
- Identifikation und proaktives Vorantreiben neuer Use Cases, Evaluation und Testen neuer Technologien sowie Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung von Data Lakehouse und Data Services im Allgemeinen
- Visualisierung und Kommunikation von Resultaten im Team und gegenüber Stakeholdern

**Weshalb dir das gelingt**:

- Du verfügst über relevante Berufserfahrung als Product Manager, Product Owner und/oder Business Analyst im Bereich Data Services sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL und Erfahrung mit Data Warehousing Tools, idealerweise Google Big Query und Oracle DWH
- Neben deinen ausgeprägten analytische Fähigkeiten bringst du auch ein Talent mit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich darzustellen
- Deine Erfahrung in Projekten im agilen Umfeld sowie deine starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten erlauben dir eine umsichtige und pragmatische Steuerung von Data Services Vorhaben in interdisziplinären Teams
- Du fühlst dich für unsere Datenapplikationen und deren Mehrwert persönlich verantwortlich und sorgst für eine enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern, eine professionelle Umsetzung nach neusten Standards, sowie für eine sinnvolle Integration in unsere IT-Landschaft
- Du verfügst über einen thematisch relevanten (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss oder einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung
- Zudem kommunizierst du fliessend auf Deutsch, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
