AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
- Ensure the functionality and availability of applications and technical systems, including interfaces.
- Coordinate and oversee service agreements with external vendors handling outsourced IT services.
- Supervise all IT operations of the bank, guaranteeing system readiness through collaboration with service providers.
- Lead and manage software releases, including the testing phase.
- Assess and implement regulatory and functional prerequisites in the bank's software applications.
- Take charge of IT projects or contribute to the IT dimensions of broader projects.
- Develop and sustain the requisite documentation and guidelines for business procedures.

ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
- Proficient in banking processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline; prior experience in banking is advantageous.
- Extensive background in IT within the banking industry.
- Strong command of SQL.
- Knowledge of core banking systems; familiarity with APSYS and CIM is a bonus.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Emphasize customer-centricity and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate proactive and accountable behavior.
- Excellent communication and organizational proficiencies.
- Fluency in German or French, with a proficient command of English.
