**DEINE ROLLE**:

- Planung, Ausführung und Controlling des kompletten Planungsprozesses für Promo-Aktivitäten inkl. Bedarfsplanung, Bestandsmanagements und der dazugehörigen Prozesse
- Entwicklung effektiver Prognosemodelle auf Grundlage von Nachfragemustern
- Unterstützung des Managements bei Risikobewertungen und Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung
- Vorschlagen und Umsetzen von Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Genauigkeit von Nachfrageprognosen.
- Monatliche Bedarfsplanung für definierte Marken
- Bestandsanalysen inkl. Identifizierung von Slowmovern, ggf. Unterstützung zur Einleitung von Massnahmen zur Reduzierung
- Enger Kontakt zu unseren Logistik-Dienstleistern
- Prüfung der monatlichen Logistikkostenabrechnung
- Mitarbeit bei den Launch
- und Relaunchaktivitäten
- Überwachung der Stammdatenqualität und -konsistenz und Abstimmung notwendiger Anpassungen mit den zuständigen Funktionen
- Verbesserung des Lieferservices an unsere Kunden

**DEINE KOMPETENZEN**:

- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Spezialisierung auf Logistik und/oder Supply Chain oder langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Demand Planning
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (besonders Excel), SAP/ERP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Kreativität
