Responsabilities:

Part 1: 6 months in Lean Management at Liebherr Machines Bulle, where you will be involved in the following activities

  • Coordination of lean projects in the productionrelated environment
  • Implementation of Lean trainings and coaching
  • Implementation, support and monitoring of lean audits

Part 2 :
According to your interests and business needs, you will spend 6 months in an international entity

Part 3: 6 months in Production at Liebherr Machines Bulle

  • Management of Lean projects in crossfunctional topics between machining, assembly and logistics
  • Implementation of standards and Lean methods
  • Moderation of Lean workshops in the production environment
  • Implementation, support and monitoring of Lean activities

Profile:

  • You are currently in the process of completing or have completed a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or comparable education with focus on Lean Management
  • You are fluent in two of the following languages: French, German and English
  • You have proficient knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office and ideally, you have further qualification through Lean Six Sigma or comparable training as well as professional experience in project, process and change management
  • You have a strong sense of motivation, an independent way of working and analytical skills. More over you have methodological knowhow in the area of lean management
