Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of technical goods
  • Price and contract negotiations with suppliers
  • Management of technical goods across different locations
  • Optimization of order quantities, inventory levels, and logistics processes
  • Processing of orders
  • Tracking of orders
  • Documentation of inquiries, quotations in the ERP system

Your Profile:

  • Technical education and/or commercial education with a technical background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good understanding of processes
  • Experience in procurement is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP is an advantage
  • Experience in the GMP environment is a plus
