As a Service Technician, you'll be in charge of installing, maintaining, repairing, and providing technical support for products and systems to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Installing products and systems according to manufacturer and customer specifications.
• Training customers on how to use and maintain the installed products.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs following guidelines.
• Diagnosing and fixing issues on-site or through remote access.
• Offering technical support via phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborating with the customer service team to solve problems.
• Adhering to safety and quality standards during service tasks.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service processes.

Your Profile:

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing various products.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Driver's license Class B and willingness to travel.
