We have a global network of over 520,000 health care professionals.

Each year we offer over 870 educational events around the world, supported by nearly 8,000 faculty members and attended by over 82,600 participants.

We have around 20,000 surgeon members working in the fields of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial, veterinary, and reconstructive surgery.

  • Employment Type: Temporary

    In this role you are required to:
  • Facilitate project team meetings online and face to face
  • Provide organizational, operational, and implementation support to the AO College Project team
  • Analyze participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize improvements, needed
  • Work with AO staff and surgeons to achieve scalability and a sustainable implementation in key regions
  • Be the first point of contact for participants and faculty

To master this challenge you have:

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills (preferably native speaker) with a natural talent for engaging storytelling and content creation
  • Experience in interaction with surgeons and key opinion leaders
  • The ability to effectively work to tight deadlines and within allocated resources
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Able and willing to travel several times per year
  • Analytic mindset and strive to improve the program
