**Internship Business Support / Assistant d'équipe (h/f/d **)

**Qu'est-ce qui vous attend ?**
- Personne de contact pour les différents interlocuteurs et collègues de l'équipe
- Soutien dans le processus d'intégration des nouveaux membres de l'équipe
- Soutien aux activités avec les clients et marketing
- Préparer, vérifier et mettre en forme les supports de présentation et autres documents en français et en anglais (et en allemand le cas échéant) et veiller au respect des directives de l'identité visuelle de WTW
- Soutien pour divers sujets administratifs et organisationnels
- Gestion des données clients et des documents dans les bases de données de l'entreprise et les systèmes de classement électronique
- Organisation, coordination et soutien administratif lors de réunions internes et externes, de formations et d'événements clients
- Prise en charge et direction de projets

**Qu'est-ce que vous apportez ?**
- Très bonne formation professionnelle, de préférence expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire
- Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l'anglais, bonnes connaissances de l'allemand un atout
- Ouvert, prévoyant, responsable et orienté vers le service
- Très bonne connaissance de MS Office, en particulier Word, Excel et PowerPoint
- Méthode de travail structurée et analytique, haut degré d'autonomie
- Capacité à comprendre rapidement et à penser en réseau
- Personnalité empathique, résistante au stress et engagée Flair pour les processus numériques, les chiffres et les situations clients
