Das Real Estate Research von Swiss Life Asset Managers ist verantwortlich für die Immobilienmarktanalyse im Rahmen des Anlageprozesses zur Verwaltung der Gelder der Swiss Life-Gruppe sowie externer Kunden wie Pensionskassen oder Anleger in unsere Investment
- oder Infrastruktur-Funds. Das am Hauptsitz in Zürich arbeitende Team nimmt dabei eine Gruppenfunktion innerhalb der länderübergreifenden Organisation von Swiss Life Asset Managers wahr.
Für unser Team suchen wir einen temporären Working Student als **Research Assistant Real Estate Research 80-100% (m/w/d) **mit **Start per 1. September 2024.**

**Die Rolle**:

- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung der "House View" zu den europäischen Immobilienmärkten gemeinsam mit den anderen europäischen Research-Experten
- Recherche, Aufbereitung und Auswertung, ökonomischer, immobilienwirtschaftlicher und demographischer Daten inkl. Projektdokumentation
- Support bei Aufbau und Pflege von Modellen
- Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu Immobilienstrategien für unterschiedliche Asset-Klassen
- Unterstützung bei der Anfertigung von Präsentationen
- Allgemeine Unterstützung des Bereichs Research im operativen Tagesgeschäft

**Expertise**:

- Studium in Volkswirtschaftslehre o. Ä (Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium)
- Affinität zu Zahlen, fundiertes ökonomisches Wissen von Vorteil
- Selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe & genauer Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office, speziell Excel
- Anwenderkenntnisse in R und/oder Phyton von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
