About the role:

Our client is an NGO active in the public health sector.


We are looking for a student, able to work part-time (50%) to support the 28 employees as a Helpdesk level 1.

You will be supported by other IT professionals, who are currently employed in Senegal and India.

You will work in a multicultural, collaborative and dynamic environment. Your manager will be along with you in your first steps.

Job duties:

  • Helping new users to settle in
  • Be the main point of contact for Swiss, Belgian and English employees for all IT related questions (level 1)
  • Be responsible for the exchanges with the suppliers in case of problem
  • Install software and participate in updates (in collaboration with India and Senegal)
  • Solve badge access problems
  • Manage the stock of computer equipment


It is possible that you will have to travel to England or Belgium in case of emergency, these trips will be for a maximum of 2 days and will occur in an exceptional situation.


We are looking for:

  • Be currently studying in computer science
  • Have 50% of your time to work in parallel with your studies (we adapt to your class schedule)
  • Be available for a minimum of 6 months minimum
  • Knowledge in a Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Tableau, a real plus
  • Ability to work independently, to listen and to be able to adapt to all types of users (beginners to experienced)
