Platform Validation Responsible

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the mechanical validation of the platform from the concept up to the preseries release
  • You review and release project specifications and support PjM or sales for discussions with customers for all topics related to the mechanical validation of the platform
  • You review and release the DVPNr for the Subsystem of the platform and collect technical topics related to the platform and give technical statements ensuring that validation activities are following the project planning
  • You support the Subsystem Owner or Component Owner during discussions with the supplier
  • You ensure the update of the technical status from the platform Subsystem, Fieldtest, System Integration and Serial Issue
  • You have an active reporting role in the coreteam meetings and other interface meetings

Competencies:

  • You have a master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Additional training in combustion engines, leadership or DVPNr methodic would be an asset
  • You have 5 years of experience in engine development
  • You are linguistically proficient in English and French and/or German
  • You differentiate yourself by your natural leadership skills. You show a high degree of engagement, flexibility and resilience when facing tasks and have a strong understanding for cost and resources
