  • Client requirements implementation and project management within systems
  • Incident management and resolution, as well as handling modification requests
  • Ongoing development and updates of client platforms
  • Availability for on-call duty

Your Skills
  • CFC, ES, HES, or EPF degree in IT, or several years of experience in complex IT environments
  • Extensive expertise in Citrix products, including Virtual Apps Desktops and Netscaler
  • Secure management of Microsoft Group Policies (GPO) and Active Directory
  • Operations management on VMware ESX, especially in version management
