Job Title: Insolvency Administrator at Konkursamt Thurgau

Job Description:

As an Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for handling company, private, and estate bankruptcies independently. This includes tasks such as inventory assessments, debtor collection, property liquidations, collations, distribution plans, etc. You will be in contact with debtors, creditors, trustees, lawyers, and negotiate with buyers. For suitable leadership and expertise, there is potential for assuming a leadership role in succession planning in the medium term.

Requirements:

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education and gained professional experience.
• Preferably have knowledge in debt enforcement law or are willing to undergo specialized training.
• Demonstrate strong social skills and life experience.
• Possess a team-oriented, service-oriented, and solution-oriented personality.
• Be resilient and have good assertiveness.
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
• Hold a Category B driver's license (eFleet vehicle available).
