Du brennst für Herausforderungen?
■ Deine Aufgabe ist die konzeptionelle Vorbereitung und Durchführung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & EC Payroll Beratungsprojekten.
■ Du analysierst und designst effiziente Prozesse im Employee Central und bist für die technische Umsetzung verantwortlich.
■ Mit Deiner Expertise im Bereich SAP HCM Personaladministration und der Schweizer Lohnabrechnung, kombiniert mit SuccessFactors Know-how übernimmst Du schnell Projekt- und Applikationsverantwortung.
■ Bei der eigenverantwortlichen Durchführung von Schulungen für Kunden und Interessenten ist Dein Engagement gefragt.
■ Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und baust neue auf.
Dann überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potenzial
■ Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Berater*in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central und eine Zertifizierung in SF Employee Central
■ Du verfügst bestenfalls über Knowhow in der Leitung und Organisation von (Teil-) Projekten.
■ Neben einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache zeichnet Dich ausserdem eine hohe soziale Kompetenz aus.
■ Du denkst betriebswirtschaftlich und kundenorientiert.
