Job Responsibilities
  • Program Management Support: Aid in overseeing two primary programs:
  • Distribution Program: Concentrate on ERP export, sales, and distribution operations.
  • Decoration Program: Collaborate with partners to enhance the decor at distribution sites.
  • Project Coordination: Manage project tasks to ensure they align with program targets and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and manage project documents, reports, and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies for seamless program implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness within the programs.
Required Skills
  • Experience: Prior experience in program management or PMO support, particularly in IT projects.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems and export sales processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities due to the temporary nature of the role.
  • Proactivity: Display a proactive approach in recognizing improvement opportunities and taking the lead in project initiatives.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both French and English.
