We are currently looking for an ambitious, talented, growth mindset leader to lead Digital Marketing across Owned, Earned and Paid with the primary focus on our largest brand: Wella Professionals across Color and Care portfolio.


THE ROLE


Reporting directly to the Risk Control & Audit Senior director, you will be responsible to animate and manage the Internal Audit service by defining the audit plan, improving the operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of audit, risk management and internal control.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain a strong internal control level across the organization.
  • Create and develop a winning organization (capabilities, process, technical skills, people management), capable of leading/influencing the business to enable delivery of short and midterm targets.
  • Assist in the design, development, and execution of the multiyear audit plan for the Internal Audit Team worldwide.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of the audit plan, ensuring that it addresses identified risk areas and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Perform audit procedures, assess risks, and developing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations, verbally or through written reports, to relevant levels of management.
  • Periodically communicate the results of the various assurance activities conducted to the Board Audit Committee.
  • Develop and foster strong professional relationships, representing internal audit on organizational project teams and at management meetings.
  • Build the department's standing and credibility throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are an Excellent team player and have the ability to work independently,
  • You have a demonstrated experience between 7 and 10 years as Internal Auditor in
a large multinational organization, or an External auditor from a Big 4 company,

  • Past experience in SOX audits will be highly appreciated,
  • Good knowledge of cosmetic industry will be a plus,
  • You are a Master degree in Business, Finance, or in IT,
  • You are fluent in English, second European language is a plus,
  • You are recognized by your excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • You have an advanced level in computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and
databases, skills in IT auditing would be a plus,

  • Your high attention to details and excellent analytical skills and your ability to run
audit assignments in a good team spirit will make you perform on this new challenge.

Please be aware that this position requires until 30% travel rate, this flexibility is required.
