Senior Manager / Director - Consumer Product & Manufacturing
For our client, a global management consulting firm that delivers lasting results for organizations of today and tomorrow, we are looking for a Consumer Product (CPR) & Manufacturing Senior Manager / Director to join the Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich Office.

1. Job Description
Account Management and Business Development
- Executive level of accountability for growth, delivery performance and financial metrics
- Tracking and management of Risks & Opportunities
- Report and analyze metrics to manage economics through M-Reviews, profit and loss statements, sales reports, and forecasts
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, go to market strategies with Account Managers and the Head of Sales
Capability Development
- Collaborate with leadership teams in Switzerland and globally to develop or expand the offer footprint.
- Responsible for Talent Development
- Deliver innovative ideas
Project
- Reflecting future business needs and industry evolution
- Endtoend delivery of services aligned with contractual requirements
- Develop trusted relationships with decisionmakers within the client organization
- Oversee the delivery of services for multiple clients in Switzerland
2. Profile

Academic excellence: bachelor's or master's degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics

Industry and Consulting experience: 10+ years of expertise in consulting and industry, with a solid reputation within the CPR & Manufacturing sector. Track record of working successfully in a matrixed and global multi-line business with a global operating model. Highly commercial with a successful track record of profitability and growth. Disciplined financial execution with robust forecasting and risk/opportunity management. Familiar with the innovation and transformation consulting business
