**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen im Team Customer Architecture verantwortest du als Lead Architekt die Lösungsarchitekturen von IT-Outsourcing-Kunden
- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung von Lösungen in komplexen Managed-Service-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Projektmanagement und Delivery-Einheiten bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb
- Du analysierst bestehende Umgebungen und entwickelst Visionen und Ziele auf Basis der Transition und Transformation in dem Managed Services
- Du betreust das Kundenteam (KAM, SDM) für Schlüsselkunden als Landschaftsarchitekt und "Trusted Advisor" zur kontinuierlichen Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung
- Du unterstützt das Management von Schlüsselkunden mit neuen Angeboten

**Deine Skills**:

- (Fach-) Hochschulabschluss, ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung, stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist erfahren in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungskonzepten im IT Infrastruktur und Cloud Umfeld (Primär MS Azure / M365), verfügst über ein breites IT Knowhow und verstehst es, dieses anwendergerecht einzusetzen
- Du hast bereits IT Outsourcing Projekte in der Architekturrolle oder als technischer Projektleiter begleitet
- Begriffe wie Modern Workplace, Hybrid-Cloud, Cloud Native Computing sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, Security ist integraler Bestandteil in deinen Lösungskonzepten
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und zuverlässig, bist methodisch und konzeptionell stark
- Verbindlichkeit und Kundenorientierung, gepaart mit hoher Kommunikations-, Beratungs
- und Präsentationskompetenz zeichnen dich aus
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in regulierten Branchen sowie der Rolle entsprechende Zertifizierungen
