We are now looking for our new Managing Director for our Swiss business.

Are you our next Leader?

You will assume responsibilities for the operational management, the financial performance and the organisational development of the Swiss subsidiary. You will elaborate and implement concepts to make sure turnover, margins and other budgeted targets are met. Lead and manage the direct reports from Sales and Business Development to achieve the company results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Swiss subsidiary and responsible to achieve all quarterly and yearly budgeted targets and ensure hit further company KPIs
  • Responsibility to establish and support the process of the yearly budget
  • Develop the strategy (derived from the corporate and European strategy) for the Swiss business and plan and execute with your teams all measures for strategic fulfilment
  • Responsibility for customer relationship management and managing a tight network with key opinion leaders of the market and company stakeholders
  • Direct management of the salesforce and assuming responsibilities in visiting key accounts
  • Development of "gotomarket" strategies and revenue & pricing management in close collaboration with the marketing department
  • Managing the customer facing appearance for the areas of the sales force and the customer service team
  • Securing the implementation of our corporate values
  • Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of company figures in collaboration with the finance department as well as taking measures to meet set targets
  • Market monitoring and analysis
  • Participation in the monthly business reviews and management meetings; responsible for the governance structure and information flows within the Swiss organisation
  • Acting in accordance to legal requirements and guidlines (e.g. Vetpharmakodex, Pharmako
- and Vaccinovigilance)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Certification in business administration

Fluent in English, fluent in French advantageous

Knowledgable in CRM

5+ years experience in a similar position

Very good negotiation skills and service orientation

Enterpreneurial mind-set and change experienced

Supportive and consultative leadership skills
