Responsabilités:

- Gestion et suivi des fournisseurs (création, approbation et suivi dans l'outil SMQ)
- Evaluation des risques
- Soutien à la création des SOP
- Gestion et approbation de la documentation en lien avec les fournisseurs (procédures, dossier de qualification, accords qualité, CAPA, déviations, change control)
- Être le partenaire QA pour les fournisseurs et les audits
- Création des plans d'audit, suivi et clôture dans le système
- Qualification des fournisseurs
- Approbation des changes et déviation
- Préparation aux inspections

Profil:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur en qualité avec expérience en dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou des biotechnologies
- Expérience des inspections des autorités sanitaires
- Anglais C1
- Disponible rapidement pour une mission de 6 mois
