Job purpose:


The Regional Marketing Project Manager provides support to multiple countries across the LAC (LATAM APAC and CIS) region, especially the partner markets, on day-to-day marketing activities and forecast planning.

The role will support the countries in product positioning across the Recordati Rare Diseases portfolio, customizing the global marketing materials for the local needs to build awareness of Recordati products in local markets.

The role will also take the lead in implementing global initiatives and tool across the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the markets in optimising the product.
  • Supporting the understanding and implementation of the agreed product positioning across the rare disease portfolio.
This includes adaption of the global marketing plan and materials to support LAC markets and partners and coordination

and reporting of the market environment and activities in the defined territory as applicable.

  • To closely collaborate with Global franchise marketing functions to ensure strategic alignment of Marketing plans and
campaigns.

  • To fully understand customer insights and understand how to build on this for the success of Recordati in rare diseases.
  • To closely collaborate with all necessary support functions to ensure alignment and understanding of the partner market
plans and actions.

  • To research, develop and validate market opportunities and potentials for the product portfolio.
  • To support in the management and alignment of Partners with the agreed company strategy as applicable for the business.
  • To lead and manage the tracking of key performance indicators across the markets.

Market analysis and Forecasting

  • Assist with planning and generation of customer insight in order to develop market understanding.
  • Attend workshops and congress as appropriate.
  • Share insights gained from internal and external sources
  • Support the long term planning process to identify market opportunities and short term forecasting.

Operational Planning and Execution

  • To work with the partner markets to develop robust tactical plans aligned with the Global Brand strategy.
  • Adopt and adapt centrally agreed marketing materials team and partners as applicable.
  • Manage and track all materials through the necessary approval process.
  • Lead and support the planning, design and organisation of key stakeholder communication platforms e.g. speaker symposia, advisory board meetings and congresses.
  • Communicate effectively within the partner markets and as appropriate to partners on relevant information and
product updates.

Performance Measurement and Stakeholders alignment

  • Ensure cross functional alignment with internal customers. Secure alignment with sales, medical functions, regulatory, legal,
finance and technical operations as well as the franchise team.

  • Identify a range of metrics and select appropriate measures e.g. Market research, patient trackers, KPIs etc. and monitor and
track these monthly or as appropriate.

  • Provide regular reports on the implementation of marketing plans for the business.
  • Identify and develop KOLs through KOL plans.

Education and experience required

  • University degree level or equivalent (Scientific/Business).
  • At least 5 years of marketing and/or sales experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Experience in campaign development from initiation to execution.
  • At least one full cycle of the strategic and tactical planning process.
  • Experience in managing branding, medical educationand/or PR agencies.
  • Good understanding of how to interpret market intelligence and datasets (i.e. IMS) and to evaluate the market and the
effectiveness of the marketing.

  • Experience with rare diseases is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effectiveness as a crossfunctional team player and project leader who
