Data Governance Manager

Your team:

  • You will contribute to defining and instituting the
    Your role:
  • Ensuring data custodianship is applied for data across the organisation.
  • Developing and providing support for the implementation of data quality management processes to ensure alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Chairing the Group Data Operational Committee which oversees data governance initiatives and launches remediation programmes to address data quality issues across the business lines.
  • Acting as a major player with regard to implementing, aligning and monitoring the Group's data management goals.
  • Establishing close working relationships with Data Officers, Data Protection Officers and Group Information Security Officers across the Group.
  • Coordinating data governance matters with the Chief Data Officers positioned in Bank's legal entities.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a banking environment.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of data governance and architecture.
  • Relevant technical skills in dealing with datasets and conducting data analysis would be a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation.
  • Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative and commitment; a selfstarter and will the capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment.
  • Cando attitude with handson approach.
  • Fluent in French and excellent command of English.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
