As Head of Quality Management, you will be responsible for the entire quality system at BorgWarner Engineering Services Switzerland.
Together with process owners and specialists in administration, development and production, you will organize the adaption and implementation of new processes in an interdisciplinary and industrial environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities- Management and further development of the quality management system in place
- Maintenance of accredited standards
- Introduction of new ISO standards / norms
- Organization and tracking of the operational KPI's
- Process responsibility for the operational QM measures, customer feedback and the supplier quality management
- Organization, execution and assessment of internal and external audits
- Support of process owners during adjustments / introductions of processes and work guidelines
- Organization of internal trainings in the field of quality management
- Several years of experience as a quality manager in an industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of quality processes and problemsolving methods
- Sound knowledge of ISO9001:2015
- Automotive specific standards and norms IATF 16949, ASPICE
- Functional safety standards such as ISO 2626
- Basic knowledge of electronics / power electronics is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Analytical and structured way of working
You have a basic technical education, preferably in the field of electronics, with further training to quality manager. Several years of experience in the field of quality management are essential.
Your experience, independent work style and high degree of personal responsibility enable you to find pragmatic solutions together with our interdisciplinary teams.
