- Pour notre client, une banque privée de la place, nous souhaitons recruter un/e Business Risk Manager Latam pour un poste fixe_

**VOTRE MISSION**:

- Sous la supervision du « RM », vous serez en charge de gérer et anticiper les risques clients (KYC, AML, CDB,.)
- Gérer les « onboardings » et prévenir le « RM » d'éventuels risques potentiels liés à des transactions de leurs clients
- Apporter des solutions pour réduire ces risques
- Analyse des rapports d'incidents
- Mise en place de tests, contrôle des systèmes/procédures de la 1ère ligne de défense
- Meetings et reporting sur les différentes techniques utilisées auprès de la « seconde ligne de défense »
- Préparation des reportings
- Formation interne
- Support lors des audits
- Divers projets

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Bachelor/Master en finance ou formation jugée équivalente
- Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire auprès d'une banque privée en Suisse avec la clientèle LATAM
- De langue maternelle espagnole, anglais et français courants
- Excellentes connaissances des régulations bancaires actuelles (KYC,AML,CDB,LBA,.)
- Organisé/e, aisance de communication, esprit d'analyse et orienté/e solutions, dynamique et autonome
- Personne domiciliée en Suisse
- Disponible rapidement ( 2 mois de préavis max)
