Das Segment Rainscreen Fasteners widmet sich weltweit der Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vermarktung von mechanischen Befestigungssystemen sowie maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für die Bauindustrie. Am Hauptstandort in Heerbrugg suchen wir eine proaktive Persönlichkeit, die neue Aktivitäten in diesem spannenden Umfeld vorantreiben will.**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Produktverantwortung für definierten Produktgruppen, Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktlinienstrategie
- Selbständige Markteinführung von Produkten und Entwicklung entsprechender Marktsegmente
- Identifizierung von Anwendungsproblemen und neuen Geschäftsideen in Zusammenarbeit mit den MO's, Anwendern und Kunden
- Anwendungsberatung und Unterstützung der regionalen Produktmanager
- Begleitung von Benchmarking-Projekten und Bearbeiten von Kundenreklamationen
- Durchführung von internen/externen Produktschulungen und Sicherstellung der Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten
- Unterstützung der lokalen MO's bei Produkteinführungen
- Teilnahme an internationalen Peer Group-Meetings zur Identifizierung von Produktpflegeprioritäten und Entwicklungsprojekten

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches Ingenieurstudium (Bau
- / Wirtschaftsingenieur HF, FH) oder technische Ausbildung und vergleichbare adäquate Weiterbildung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Baubranche, Industriefassaden
- oder Fassadenbau von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Produktmanagement sowie strategisches und vernetztes Denken
- Selbstständige, systematische, vorausschauende und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen, kombiniert mit einer gesunden Portion Neugierde
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
