Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain data analytics tools, such as Power BI dashboards, to support datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
  • Work closely with the Data Science and BI Manager to develop a longterm data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize data sources that are most critical for business intelligence, reporting, and decisionmaking.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement data models and data warehouses to ensure efficient and accurate data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support forecasting and predictive analytics.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.

Specific Requirements:

  • A relevant university degree (or similar) in computer science, statistics, data science, natural sciences, or a related field
  • 2 3 Years of professional experience as a data scientist, preferably in a sustainabilityrelated industry
  • Strong experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Dash/Plotly, or Tableau
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R
  • Interest in Machine Learning techniques, data structures, algorithms, and statistics
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated and engaged for the mitigation of the climate crisis
  • Team player with an independent, resultdriven approach

Required start date:

Immediately or upon agreement.
