**Vos missions:
Le site de production d'Aubonne assure aujourd'hui la fabrication de médicaments injectables stériles remplis dans notre département Fill and Finish. Afin d'encadrer une équipe d'inspection visuelle de nos produits nous recherchons un.e. Visual Inspection Supervisor.

Vous aurez la responsabilité des activités d'un groupe d'opérateur d'inspection visuelle. Vous faciliterez les échanges et la vie du groupe. Vous assurez la coordination des activités du groupe, en sécurité et qualité tout en atteignant les objectifs demandés.
Vous utiliserez les outils digitaux du service pour améliorer le fonctionnement sur le terrain, travaillerez avec le batch record électronique et supporterez le groupe pour utiliser ces outils.
Vous serez force de proposition pour l'amélioration continue des activités dont vous aurez la charge et participerez ou supporterez les activités d'amélioration du service.

Vous serez à l'interface de plusieurs fonctions transverses et veillerez à la bonne communication dans le groupe et en dehors du groupe pour permettre une fluidité dans les échanges.

**Votre profil:
- Formation de type bachelor (Licence) ou Master (ou ingénieur)
- Expérience en production pharmaceutique requise, 5 ans minimum
- Gestion et connaissance de systemes informatiques professionnels (MES, data management)
- Expérience en management d'équipe
- Expérience en gestion de projets
- Français langue maternelle/courant - Bonnes connaissances en Anglais
- Bonne qualité rédactionnelle (Procédures, déviations, etc.)
- Esprit d'équipe, autonomie, proactivité et bonne communication sont des qualités nécessaires à la réussite dans ce poste
