Die VertiGIS Unternehmensgruppe entwickelt nationale und internationale Softwarelösungen im Bereich der Geoinformationssysteme (GIS).
Für unser Entwicklungs-Team suchen wir eine fachlich kompetente Persönlichkeit als Application Specialist (m/w/x).
Das Ziel der Position ist die Datenmodellierung von Leitungsnetzen sowie die Erstellung von Werkzeugen und Prozessen zur Automatisierung von Daten-Prüfungen und -Bearbeitungen von Leitungsnetzdaten.
Die Aufgaben der Stelle umfassen:
- Definition und Entwicklung von ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Prozessen für Datenaustausch und Datenmigration von GIS-Daten
- Entwicklung von Scripts zur Qualitätsprüfung, Korrektur und Veredelung von geographischen Netzwerkinformationen
- Beteiligung an der Arbeit zur Konfiguration von fachlichen Anwendungen und Datenmodellierungen
- Durchführung von Tests zur Qualitätssicherung
- Vorbereitung von Test- und Beispieldaten
- Analytische Denkweise und methodische Kompetenz, um sich mit komplexen Datenmodellen und Konzepten auseinanderzusetzen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder äquivalente Qualifikation
- Praxiserfahrung mit FME und ArcGIS
- Kenntnisse in Datenbanksystemen (SQLServer, Postgres oder Oracle)
- Scripting-Fähigkeiten mit Python, Arcade von Vorteil
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
