Overview
Looking for someone to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team throughout the project lifecycle. You'll be in charge of defining team priorities and goals, training and overseeing the team, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining good relationships with other departments.
- Manage the engineering team, including engineers and technicians, by setting priorities and objectives, training and supervising the team, ensuring communication, and maintaining good relationships with other departments
- Track budget for operations and associated reporting (objectives, duration, costs, quality, and risks)
- Conduct or oversee studies to verify the technical and economic feasibility of engineering projects
- Manage project planning
- Ensure project teams are engaged, including managing external companies and subcontractors if needed
- Ensure project compliance with quality requirements, standards, and best practices at all levels, applying internal tools and frameworks throughout the project, contributing to their optimization, and ensuring consistency with project activities and established procedures/processes
Your profile
- Basic education: Industrial engineering or industrial processes engineer or equivalent university education
- Required work experience: Minimum of 10 years in Pharma or Medical Devices industry or engineering company. Involvement in Greenfield construction projects or production building revamping
- Knowledge of classified environments, mixing, and distribution processes
- Also familiar with current pharmaceutical and medical device regulations: GMP, ISO, Lean tools and techniques
