À propos du poste :

Le travail consiste à réaliser les activités d'analyses et d'approbation selon les procédures en vigueur au laboratoire en respectant les règles GMP et/ou des projets en lien avec les activités du département Contrôle Qualité.

Comment vouscontribuerez :

Réaliser des analyses ou approbations libératoires au laboratoire QC selon les procédures et normes applicables, par exemple, les cGMPs et les pharmacopées en fonction des priorités de planification Travailler avec la procédure applicable ouverte Respecter l'ensemble des règles décrites dans les procédures en application dans le laboratoire Renseigner les divers formulaires, logbooks et documents en respectant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication et de Documentation + le(s) système(s) de gestion des résultats Prévenir le superviseur/délégué en cas de résultats non conformes et/ou invalides le jour même par oral ou écrit avec les lots impactés et initier l'évènement dans le système qualité dans les délais impartis. Respecter et appliquer les règles Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). Si un écart est constaté à ces règles de la part de collègues ou intervenants externes, assurer également un rôle actif en rappelant aux personnes concernées l'application des règles EHS. Ouvrir les événements EHS dans le système défini dans les délais impartis. Signaler à la personne responsable du planning et au superviseur/délégué toute déviation par rapport au planning en proactif. Mettre à jour le système de suivi. Exécuter les protocoles de qualifications des réactifs Exécuter les protocoles de validation (méthode, système, équipements) Réaliser les solutions ou approbation des solutions au laboratoire Exécuter les recalculs dans le système de gestion des résultats Réconcillier les documents contrôlés et imprimer si applicable Entrer les résultats et réaliser la supervision des résultats des laboratoires externes Informer le responsable équipement si un écart est identifié sur l'équipement Informer le responsable méthode si un écart est identifié sur la méthode Informer le responsable de méthode ou équipement et les superviseurs si un écart est constaté
sur la procédure Exécuter la revue des alarmes selon les procédures en vigueur Remplacer la bonbonne de gaz si applicable Gérer et ranger le laboratoire en général, respecter les normes de standardisation 5S Etre toujours à jour au niveau des formations (SABA) Compléter les formations dans les délais S'assurer que la calibration et la maintenance des équipements est en ordre lors de l'analyse Respecter la gestion des kanban en temps réel, dans le cas échéant remonter au responsables des réactifs critiques/non-critiques la non disponibilités des réactifs pour ses analyses Supporter les initiatives d'amélioration continue
