Retention Specialist

Location: Biel/Bienne with up to 40% Home Office possibility

Your responsibilities in the Retention Team:

• Respond to calls from customers looking to cancel their contracts
• Call these customers (outgoing calls) to offer contract extensions
• Provide personal sales advice on our products and services

What we are looking for:

• Customer-oriented experience
• Sales passion and experience
• Excellent German (both oral and written) and good knowledge of a second language (Italian, English, or French)
• Enjoy working daily with digital applications and have an interest in telecommunications
• Experience in a call center is a plus
• Personal strengths: reliability, social skills, and punctuality
